To cancel a ticket and request a refund, enter the numeric code that you will find below the QR that appears on your ticket. We will request authorization from the organizer of the event to proceed with the return of the tickets. Once we obtain the authorization of the organizer, you will find a refund on the same credit card with which you bought the tickets.
